We value confidentiality and privacy of all our clients, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

During our involvement with your organization, the law and our professional code of ethics requires us to report:

  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse
  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s
  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself

Note: Safety is important to us and every effort to enlist the cooperation of clients in supporting their well-being will be attempted. If they do not cooperate, further measures within legal and ethical parameters will be taken to ensure their safety.
