Beginning May 1, 2020, Infinite Potential will invest its resources in sharing knowledge and expertise of research-informed practices for organizational change and leadership with:
- non-profit organizations;
- institutions of higher education;
- school districts;
- law enforcement;
- legal professionals;
- healthcare communities; and
- other entities that that serve vulnerable youth.
With a model that helps build capacity and leverage resources through collaborations with institutions of higher education, Infinite Potential can help with building and/or strengthening a stronger workforce to meet the needs of youth, particularly those with adverse histories. As a professor of record in the Social Work Department of Lamar University, Avery has also designed and implemented service-learning courses to support professionals working in a variety of practice settings, including those at IEA - Inspire, Encourage, Achieve, Beaumont ISD, Port Arthur ISD, the Bureau of Federal Prisons, Save the Children, HYPE CDF Freedom Schools Program, Region 5 Do the Write Thing Program.
